SO WYLIE EPK

So Wylie is a New York based music producer, composer, and artist. Her music flirts between dark electronic and ethereal alt pop, meshing digital sonic creations with warm acoustic ones. As a seasoned composer but new artist (who debuted in 2022), she has already grown a following by way of her inventive remixes and viral beatmaking videos in which she demonstrates how she meticulously puts together her music.

Wylie began her life in music during childhood, and since has converted a background in experimental chamber music and formal conservatory composition training into a current ear for writing and producing alternative pop with a wide scope. She’s released a number of breakout singles and remixes, most notably her remixes of FLAVIA’s “Ripe” and Lorelei Marcell’s “Human Nature”, which today each count +1M collective streams. Her remix of MASUMI’s “Cold Lips” landed them both on the cover of Spotify’s Created By Women playlist. Wylie’s music has made its way into media as well; her single “Talking Easy” was featured in Andrew Huang’s popular “4 Producers One Sample” series. Additionally, her music has been featured on AppleTV’s The Morning Show in a scene alongside Jennifer Aniston and Jon Hamm, and in Netflix’s Too Hot To Handle and High Heat.

Alongside this, her content featuring her original music has gained her a following across social platforms and coverage from CNN, Paste Magazine, and CNET. Her work has been called "sterling" by The Atlantic, "stellar" by Vulture, and "on the money" by The Guardian.
